Behavior Consultations

Our trainers are known throughout the dog community for expert behavior consultations, evaluating the whole dog to help families develop training plans individualized to their specific behavior problems and home environment.

Behavior Consultations include two, 1-hour, private consultations with a Certified Dog Behavior Consultant and Karen Pryor Academy Certified Training Partner who works with you to design a training plan specifically for you and your dog.

During your initial one-hour consultation we will gather a behavioral history, observe and evaluate your dog(s), identify management and safety guidelines, and begin your training plan. During this appointment, a second appointment will be scheduled within 1-2 weeks to assess progress and work together to develop your dogs’ custom behavior program and next steps.

Design a plan with your personal trainer for:

  • leash reactivity
  • anxiety and fear issues
  • aggression towards people or animals
  • excessive barking
  • noise phobias
  • attention seeking
  • and more.

Behavior Consultations are $350 and include:

  • Two separate 1-hour online or in-facility* consultations
*In-facility sessions may transition online via zoom due to Covid-19
  • Private video playlist via You Tube or Marco Polo Channels
  • Personalized training notes
  • Option to add one-on-one and/or group video chat via Marco Polo Channels

Behavior Consultations are currently in high demand and our Certified Dog Behavior Consultants are booked out a few months in advance. Please e-mail our office if you would like our referrals list.
