The Social Dog Project
Support for Reactive, Fearful, and Aggressive Dogs
The Social Dog Project is designed for dogs and pet parents who need extra support. Our mission is to provide science-based, positive reinforcement training and personalized services that help dogs feel safer, calmer, and more confident in everyday life. Whether your dog struggles with reactivity, fear, anxiety, or aggression, or you simply want more guidance, our classes and private lessons are here to support you.
Classes for EVERY dog
Foundations for Behavior Change
Designed for dogs and their families who need support with reactivity, fear, or aggression. We start where both you and your dog feel safe—at home—so you can practice essential skills without added stress. From there, we’ll help you develop a path forward, preparing you for success in more challenging environments.
Start anytime—we’ll meet virtually each week so you and your dog can learn and practice in a safe, low-stress environment. After completing the program, you can choose to repeat the class until your manners are mastered, continue with private lessons, or (with instructor approval) transition into our in-person Manners Track. With expert coaching, practical skills, and a supportive approach, you’ll gain the tools to help your dog feel safer, stay calmer, and enjoy life more—at home and out in the world.
