We’re here for both ends of the leash—with positive, force-free training and support for you and your dog. Our team includes Family Dog Mediators, Certified Dog Behavior Consultants (CDBC), and Karen Pryor Academy Certified Training Partners.

Jen helps families with puppy skills, everyday training, and complex behavior needs. She is a Karen Pryor Academy faculty member and Certified Dog Behavior Consultant.
Co-founder & lead trainer
Born and raised in Eugene, Tera helps families communicate with their dogs, from puppy socialization to behavior support. She also offers canine acupressure and massage.

Annette makes training practical and enjoyable, with a focus on everyday manners, leash skills, relaxation, and helping shy or fearful dogs.

Raaka’s work is rooted in supporting families with compassion. Her interests include puppy socialization, cooperative care, and confidence-building for shy or fearful dogs.

Ava strives to build curiosity, confidence, and cooperation between dogs and their people. Her special interests include puppy behavior, socialization, and helping puppies thrive in a human world.

Marissa helps families strengthen their connection with their dogs. Her own experience with a reactive cattle dog inspired her career in positive training.

Erin began as a Training Spot client with her dog Maeve. A love of trick training grew into a passion for helping dogs and people learn together.

Tiffany brings extensive experience with dog-handler teams, dog sports, and therapy work. She helps families appreciate their dogs as individuals and make meaningful progress.
